1. Who we are

"ClubGGP Poker", "the club", "we" or "us" means the independent poker club community operating this website at clubggppoker.com and the support desk reachable on WhatsApp at +91 89208 61106 and by email at support@clubggppoker.com. "You" or "member" means a person who has joined the club.

ClubGGP Poker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected to any poker platform, software provider or brand named anywhere on this website. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally allowed to take part in the games you play under the laws that apply where you are. Checking that is your responsibility.
• You must join under your own identity, hold one account only, and give accurate details at verification.
• We may decline or end a membership at our discretion, including where verification fails or these rules are broken.

3. Chips are not currency

• Chips are in-club playing units used to take part in games. They are not legal tender, not a deposit and not an investment.
• Bonus chips, rakeback and reward credits are all issued as chips and follow the same rules.
• Chips may not be transferred between members outside normal play, sold on, or used as security for anything.

4. Deposits and cash-outs

• Payment details are given by the support desk and must be confirmed with the desk before every transfer. We are not responsible for funds sent to details you did not confirm with us.
• Chips are credited once payment is confirmed, normally within ten minutes.
• Cash-outs are paid to the same bank account or wallet the deposit came from: one request per member per day, minimum ₹1,000, standard maximum ₹1,00,000 per day.
• Cash-outs are settled the same day between 10 AM and 11 PM IST. Delays caused by banks or blockchain networks are outside our control.
• The club charges no cash-out fee. Crypto network fees are deducted from the amount sent.
• Where a payment cannot be verified we may hold the related chips until it is resolved.

5. Deposit bonus and other rewards

• The deposit bonus is up to ₹50 per deposit on deposits of ₹2,000 or more. ₹50 is a hard maximum and applies to every member equally, whatever the deposit size.
• Other reward terms published on this website apply as written on the day the reward is claimed.
• Weekly rakeback is calculated on rake generated from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 IST and credited the following Monday.
• Rewards are personal to the member, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for anything other than chips.
• We may change or withdraw a promotion at any time. Changes are not applied backwards to a reward already validly claimed.
• Claiming a reward with false information, duplicate accounts or manipulated play voids the reward and may end the membership.

6. Fair play

• Collusion, chip dumping, soft play, ghosting, real-time assistance, bots and multi-accounting are prohibited.
• Play is monitored. Where abuse is confirmed we may void the affected hands, withhold pending rewards, recover amounts wrongly obtained and remove the member from the club.
• Sharing an account, or playing on someone else's behalf, is treated the same as multi-accounting.

7. Your account and security

• Keep your platform login details private. We will never ask you for a password, an OTP or remote access to your device.
• Only +91 89208 61106 and support@clubggppoker.com are official channels. Anything from another number or address is not us.
• Tell the desk immediately if you think somebody else has accessed your account.

8. Limits, breaks and closure

You may ask at any time for a deposit cap, a cool-off period, or a permanent closure of your membership. We apply these promptly and will not lift them early. Any chip balance is paid out on closure through the normal cash-out route.

9. Complaints

Raise anything you are unhappy about with the support desk. It is acknowledged within two hours. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, ask for escalation and a second person reviews it independently.

10. Liability

• Poker involves risk. You are responsible for the money you choose to put into play and for playing within your means.
• We are not liable for losses at the tables, for interruptions on the underlying gaming platform, or for problems caused by your own device or connection.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and material changes are announced to members through the support desk and the members group.
